Nexus works with students, families, and districts to develop a comprehensive Personalized Learning Plan based on the student's academic needs, special interests, and post-secondary plans. A tailor-made Graduation Plan will be your roadmap to success.
Personalized Learning Plan
Each PLP is reviewed at the conclusion of every course to make sure your academic goals are being met. We also make sure that you are benefitting from the services available to meet your unique needs.
Post-secondary Transition Plan
High school students can work on developing a post-secondary transition plan that will match their academic strengths, personal achievements and interests, and career aspirations.
